Effect Of Nasal Endoscopic Reshape Combined With Perioperative Flixonase Aquosum Administration On Structural Abnormalities Of The Chronic Sinusitis

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic reshape combined with nasal spray with Flixonase Aquosum in perioperative treatment on the chronic sinusitis patients with more structural abnormalities.Method One hundred patients with chronic sinusitis caused by nasal and sinus structural abnormalities,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group were subjected with Flixonase Aquosum 1 week before surgical treatment and thereafter continued to be used for 1 month on postoperative patients.Surgical treatments were included with reshaping the nasal endoscopic,restore nasal symmetry structure,removal of nasal cavity and sinus lesions;Group of control were treated with sea water nasal spray.Surgical methods including:①three line tension relaxing correction;②middle conchoplasty;③functional inferior turbinectomy;④stiomeatalcomp functional resection and functional sinus operation. Following standards were evaluated the compare these two groups:amount of bleeding during surgical(ml),postoperative cavity cleaning time(30days),and postoperative time of cavity epithelium(1-3months),therapeutic effect evaluation index Curative effects was compared based on the evaluation to the standards.Results There are significant differences on intraoperative blood loss,postoperative cavity cleaning time,postoperative cavity epithelium time and clinical curative effect between the group with Flixonase Aquosum and that with sea water nasal spray (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of Flixonase Aquosum with nasal spray benefits the patients that subjected with the surgical of nasal endoscopic reshape for cure chronic sinusitis and structural abnormalities.Flixonase Aquosum is recommended for improving the operation effect.
