| Objective:By detecting the changes of PCT,IL-6,IL-10 concentration in serum of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),to explore the relationship with clinical manifestation in order to provide a solid and reliable theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of MPP.Methods:Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and bacterial pneumoniae hospitalized patients were chosen from guilin medical university affiliated hospital outpatient from April to December in the year of 2015 as the research objects.According to diagnostic criteria and grouping criteria, the research objects were divided into two groups, which were mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia group(20 cases)and bacterial pneumonia group(20 cases). In addition,we established healthy control group(20 cases).Immune luminescence assay and enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA)were used for measuring the concentrations of PCT,IL-6 and IL-10 of each group in serum, respectively. All group data were analysed by SPSS 18.0 software.Measursement data are express as mean value±SD,t test was used to compare in intra-group and among all groups.P<0.05 was deemed significant. Results:Serum PCT concentrations on patients in mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia group were lower than those in bacterial pneumonia group, and difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Serum IL-6 and IL-10 level on patients in mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniacompared group compared with that in bacterial pneumonia group, there is no difference(P>0.05).Serum PCT concentrations on patients in mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia group compared with healthy control group, there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).Serum IL-6 and IL-10 level on patients in mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia group were higher than those in healthy control group, and difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Serum PCT,IL-6 and IL-10 level on patients in bacterial pneumonia group were higher than those in healthy control group, and difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Serum IL-6 and IL-10 level were high expressed in patients with MPP,which might have closely relationship with the activated body immune system, and played an important role in the development of MPP.In clinical work,PCT was no clinical diagnostic value in the early stage of mycoplasma infection. But in the early stage of bacterial infection,PCT could used for guidance using antibiotics in early stage of bacterial pneumonia. |
