Objective: To explore the cytokine levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) of children with labor pneumonia and its significance. Methods: A total of 79 children with labor pneumonia were selected and then were divided into A(CPIS≥6) group and B(CPIS < 6) group according to the clinacal pneumonia infection score(CPIS).Meanwhile, according to the producer, A was divided into A1(disease duration≤7 days), A2(disease duration > 7 days), B into B1(disease duration≤7 days),B2(disease duration > 7 days) as well.Double antibodysandwich ELISA method was used to detect interleukins of IL-6,IL-10,IL-17 and IL-33 Levels in BALF.Results: IL-6,IL-10, IL-17 and IL-33 expressed in BALF on different levels. The IL-17 level in BALF of children whose CPIS≥6 were higher than that CPIS<6.The IL-17 in the group(A1+B1) whose disease duration was equal or lesser than seven days were higher than the group(A2+B2) more than seven days, the IL-6 as well. The IL-6 level in BALF of A1 group were higher than those in B1 group. The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Any significant difference was not fond in IL-10, IL-33 in any group(P>0.05).Conclusions: The cytokines of IL-6,IL-10,IL-17 and IL-33 play some role in immune dysfunction induced by labor pneumonia;IL-17 can reflect the seriousness of labor pneumonia;IL-6 can reflect the seriousness of labor pneumonia in acute phase. Objective To explore conventional cell difirrences in BALF of children with labor pneumonia and its significancesMethods 87 children with labor pneumonia who had been done BAL were divided into CPIS≥6 group and CPIS<6 group according to the CPIS. HE staining and microscope to sort cells.Explore the relationship of Explore the relationship The percentage of neutrophils and lymphocytes in blood and of BALF.Results The percentage of neutrophils and lymphocytes in BALF are not related to that in blood(P>0.05). The percentage of columnar epithelial cells in CPIS<6 group were higher than CPIS≥6, however macrophagocyte lower(P<0.05).Conclusions The composition of BALF is more appropriate to react the circumstance of lobar pneumonia; When lobar pneumonia occurs, columnar epithelial cells are damaged, macrophagocytes gather to participate in the inflammatory response. Objective To explore the conventional and IL-17 level in BALF of children with labor pneumonia mergered with mycoplasma pneumoniae and its clinical significance. Methods 87 children with labor pneumonia who had been done BAL,according to the results of MP-DNA,were grouped the children above into mergered with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection group and no mycoplasma pneumoniae infection group, then mergered with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection group into group of MP-DNA:103~106 and group of MP-DNA: 106~.ELISA method was used to detect IL-17 level,HE staining and microscope to sort cells,PCR detect MP-DNA.Explore the relationship between the percentage of neutrophilicgranulocyte,MP-DNA and level of IL-17 of the1-79 children. Results The percentage of neutrophils is higher in the froup of group of MP-DNA:106~than that the group of MP-DNA: 103~106.The percentage of neutrophils is related with MP-DNA(r=0.48, P=0.000).The percentage of neutrophils are related with and IL-17(r=0.47, P=0.000).Conclusions In Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, the percentage of neutrophilicgranulocylocyte in BALF can indirectly reflect the mycoplasma infection degree. In Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,IL-17 raises neutrophilicgranulocylocyte to resist infection, NE% in BALF can indirectly reflect the mycoplasma infection degree.
