Objective:Using evidence-based medicine method,the liver spleen and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)-D system evaluation and Meta analysis,charts and data to show liver spleen method the clinical curative effect of treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,thus making objective and credible to efficacy and safety evaluation,to evaluate the liver spleen method of clinical curative effect to provide evidence for the treatment of IBS-D.Methods:Computer retrieval Chinese biomedical literature Database(China Biology Medicine disc,CBM),China journal full-text Database(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI),VIP Chinese science and technology journal full-text Database(VIP Database),and ten thousand square Medicine journal Database(Wan fang Database),retrieval time limit for a library to the key words in December 2015,including:diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,liver spleen method,to change.Retrieval model for:"diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome")AND(" liver nourishing spleen method ")OR(" change ")Results:Computer retrieval access to relevant literature 96,rechecking eliminate 34 references by the software,read the title and abstract out does not meet the inclusion criteria of 39,after reading the full text after screen 12,also do not have access to data 3,included in the analysis of eight articles.Institute into eight RCT were reported the clinical curative effect,a total of 669 patients,the treatment group 362 examples,the control group(n = 307).Heterogeneity test analysis showed that eight study exists between homogeneity(p = 0.97,12 = 0%),so can use the fixed effects model combined analysis.According to the meta analysis results showed that the forest figure,combined treatment group and control group total effective rate treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,respectively,for 333/362(91.99%)and 224/307(72.96%).Meta analysis,according to the results of liver spleen method with pure western medicine treatment group differences statistically significant(p<0.00001,the combined effect of clinical curative effect and 95%CI(OR = 4.27,95%CI(2.69,6.77)],funnel scatter distribution graph display graphics do not present the left and right sides is symmetrical,considering possible publication bias OR low quality of test methodologyConclusion:Liver spleen method of treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome clinical efficacy is superior to pure western medicine treatment.The stability of the conclusion still need more great center,large sample,randomized double-blind clinical trial of high quality support,further improve the reliability of the results of the analysis.
