ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of the trunk of great saphenous vein’closure by the non ultrasound or non X-ray guided of foam sclerotherapy to treat the varicose great saphenous vein.MethodsThe study included 69 patients who had undergone foam sclerotherapy in our hospital since 2012(clinical stage:C2-C3).Non ultrasound or non X-ray guided puncture, without puncturing the saphenous vein, we reviewed the Ultrasoud of the Great saphneous vein after 6 month.ResultsThe closing rate is 87%.ConclusionsNon ultrasound or non X-ray guided of foam sclerotherapy is a simple and effective method to treat the great saphenous vein.
