1.Mid-and long-term pathological changes of domestic Lauromacrogol hardened closed rabbit saphenous veinObjective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of simple lauromacrogol foam sclerosing agent combined with indwelling needle for the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods:Normal healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups of 12 rats, group A was in the low proportion group, group B was the high proportion group, and group C was the control group.Respectively, about the different doses of lower limb saphenous vein injection and drugs.Injection of lauromacrogol foam in group A using lauromacrogol:air at 1:4;In group B,lauromacrogol:air at 1:2;In group C,saline. Each group were taken at 15 days,30 days,60 days after injection, respectively, four from the treatment site to take pathological specimens for embedding, sectioning and microscopic examination, observe changes in lumen, vessel wall, and vascular cells.Results:1.Visual observations:A,B groups compared with C group, closed veins are effective at 15d,30d,and 60d.Treatment of saphenous veins hardened into strips. The closing effect between A and B groups is basically the same(all p>0.05),after 15 days, the closure effect of the two groups basically did not change(all p>0.05),only 1 case of A group at 30d had no significant change in Venous lumen.2.Microscopic examination results:A,B groups compared with C group, unclosed venous wall thickening, deformation, endothelial cell destruction, the process of closed vein fibrosis is still gradually progressing, and the degree of fibrosis is gradually increasing at 15d,30d,and 60d.The two matching foam hardening agents have basically the same effect on the rabbit saphenous vein(all p>0.05).Conclusion:The two groups of A and B lauromacrogol foam sclerosing agents have obvious effects on the lower saphenous vein of the lower limbs of rabbits. There is no difference;after fifteen days of intravenous injection, intraluminal fibrosis progressed until complete fibrosis, with unclear borders with the surrounding tissue.2.Clinical efficacy of simple lauromacrogol foam hardening combined with indwelling needle for the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremitiesObjective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of simple lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities and postoperative combined with Chinese herbal medicine. Methods:Sixty patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were enrolled from September 2016 to April 2018,with a total of 60 affected limbs. They were randomly divided into the experimental group(foam sclerotherapy+postoperative Chinese medicine rubbing)and the control group(foam sclerotherapy). There were 20 males and 10 females in the experimental group, aged 28-80 years, with an average of 57.80±12.074 years old and a disease course of 0.5-30 years. There were 14 males and 16 females in the control group, aged 31-76 years, with an average of 58.77±10.855 years old and a disease course of 1 to 40 years.Postoperative limb compression dressing, the two groups were compared in general data, intravenous clinical severity score(VCSS),treatment effect, postoperative adverse reactions. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in gender distribution, age, duration of disease, and CEAP between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the difference of VCSS scores in the two groups before and after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05;There was no significant difference in VCSS score between the two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the interaction between the two groups and the surgical procedure(P>0.05).In the experimental group, the success rate was 96.67%,the partial success was 3.33%,the control group was successful in 93.33%,and the partial success was 6.67%.There were no unsuccessful cases in the two groups. There was no significant difference in the clinical treatment effect between the two groups(P>0.05).here were no cough, chest tightness, skin necrosis, allergies and deep vein thrombosis in both groups. The most common adverse events after surgery were pigmentation, subcutaneous ecchymosis, and thrombophlebitis. At 2 weeks postoperatively, the difference of plain coloration between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the difference of subcutaneous ecchymosis and thrombophlebitis was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after surgery. At 3 months after surgery, the difference in plain coloration was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of subcutaneous ecchymosis and thrombophlebitis was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference of adverse reaction rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Simple lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy for the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities is effective, and can be used as the first choice for clinical treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities.2.Combined with traditional Chinese medicine after surgery can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
