To explore the integrated water and fertilizer supply technology,6-year-old 'Kyoho' and 'Fujimin'were used as experimental materials to investigate the effect of five treatments:treatment 1(N:180-60-180mg L-1),2(N:120-40-120 mg L-1),3(N:60-30-60mg L-1),4(N:30-10-30mg L-1),5(N:15-5-15mg L'1)different concentration of Hoagland nutrient solution via circulation supply on the growth and berry quality.The results showed that:1.For the 'Kyoho' and 'Fujimin' two kinds of grapes,The shoots under the treatment 1(N:180-60-180 mg L-1)were longer than other treatments,the diameter of the shoots were also thicker and leaf chlorophyll contents were in high level during the whole growing period,suggesting the concentration of such nutrient solution could significantly promote the vegetative growth.2.In the whole growth and development period,the fruit diameter,fruit weight performance treatment 1>treatment 4>treatment 2>treatment 3>treatment 5,indicating that the nutrient solution concentration(in addition to treatment 4)the higher the more conducive to fruit development.The effect of the concentration of treatment I(N:180-60-180 mg L-1)nutrient solution Significantly.3.High concentration of nutrient solution,the nutrient growth and fruit diameter,fruit weight is optimal,but the fruit quality is slightly worse.The result showed that too high or too low concentration of the nutrient solution could not produce premium quality.Only the appropriate concentration of nutrient solution can make the fruit quality to achieve the best.4.'Kyoho' grape research results show that the treatment 2(N:120-40-120 mg L-1)limited the growth of new shoots,reduced nutrient waste,increased the soluble solids to 19.83%,and promoted the accumulation of anthocyanin in berry.And the titratable acid content was lower than the others.The comprehensive analysis results indicated that the nutrient concentration of treatment 2(N:120-40-120 mg L-1)could be used as the reference for Kyoho fertilization management.'Fujimin' grape research results show that:treatment of 3(N:60-20-60 mg L-1)nutrient solution concentration of fruit soluble solids content is higher,the titratable acid content was lower than the others,the fruit sugar and acid ratio is the largest,and the content of anthocyanin is increased.The comprehensive analysis results indicated that the nutrient concentration of treatment 3(N:60-20-60 mg L-1)could be used as the reference for Fujimin fertilization management.
