Cabernet Gernischt is one of the main cultivars of wine grape in Yantai area.It is important to improve its fruit quality by cultivating technical measures.The wine grape base of Changyu in Cabernet Gernischt as materials Where from Longkou,a test set four yield level of 400 kg/ mu,600 kg/ mu,800 kg/ mu and 1000 kg/ mu,the research growth of new shoots in the frame and the influence for fruit quality of grape and wine;two test set conventional furrow irrigation(CFI)and alternate furrow irrigation(AFI)two methods of irrigation,research the effect of irrigation on fruit quality and wine quality.The results provide the theoretical basis for determining the suitable load and irrigation methods of Cabernet Gernischt.The main results are as follows:(1)with lower yield,fruit quality has improved,but the yield is too low,there will be grape fruit is big,ear tight,while the yield is too large will make new shoot canopy defects,disorder of bearing branches,mature canopy frame surface poor.(2)600kg/ Mu and 800kg/ mu yield level,not only the distribution of leaf and curtain is reasonable,but also the quality of grape fruit and wine quality is better,and it is good for cost control.Therefore,600-800kg/ mu yield can be used as the yield level of Longkou base to Cabernet Cabernet high quality grape production.(3)alternate furrow irrigation(AFI)and conventional furrow irrigation(CFI)treatment of grape fruit compared to fruit sugar content had no obvious difference,but the acidity decreases faster,the best sugar acid ratio increased 8.7% in mature period.(4)wine made by the treatment of CFI and AFI were detected in 7 kinds of phenolic monomer and 8 kinds of anthocyanins,but AFI treatment compared with the CFI treatment Wine phenolic monomer amount increased by 9.06%,the total amount of anthocyanins increased by 23.28%,and AFI to save water resources of about 40%.Therefore,Cabernet Gernischt which gorwed in the wine grape base of Yantai Longkou can be used alternate furrow irrigation.
