Western area of Jilin province is one of three soda saline land in the world. It is also China's main grain-producing area of maize. Because of drought and water shortage, which seriously restrict the yield of food crops. Agricultural irrigation water is mainly the Songhua River and groundwater. It leads to serious waste of water resources. Based on project that new technology of desalting, reducing pollution and increasing yield under drip irrigation and drainage wetland system, we carried out the experiment in Qianzhuerqin village in Songyuan from May 2015 to October 2016. Obtain the following conclusions through the analysis of test data.(1) The soil moisture content of drip irrigation combined with pipe system from seedling to jointing early is 2.34% higher than general treatment, and from jointing to the early filling stage is 5.65% higher than general treatment, and from the late filling to the milk stage 7.94% higher than general treatment. Drip irrigation combined with pipe system can provides sufficient water for crop.(2) There is some desalination effects in drip irrigation combined with underground pipe system of the 60cm soil layer, while surface soil desalination could lead to deeper soil salt accumulation in drip irrigation system. In general system, there is some desalination in early growth stage of corn but some accumulation in the later growth stage.(3) Underground pipe system affects the quality of discharged water, compared with the irrigation water, salinity has increased by 40.1%. Drip irrigation combined with underground pipe system has a positive effect in this region.(4) Compared the yields, after single-factor analysis of variance showed that seed weight had significant differences. By comparing the yield between treatments can be found drip irrigation combined with pipe system has the highest yield,19.5% higher than general system and 13.8% higher than drip irrigation system.(5) Using Hydrus-1D software for simulating soil moisture and comparing measured data and simulation results shows that the model has a high precision and can well react the soil moisture variation with time.
