Research On Overall Planning Of Forest City Construction In Northern Anhui Province

Currently our country is in a stage of rapid development of urbanization,with the rapid development of urban economy,it not only creats rich material wealth,but also brings a series of urban ecological and environmental problems,which has seriously restricted the overall construction of a well-off society and the goal of sustainable development.What’s more,it may affect the global environment and damage the international image of China.Therefore,China’s leadership layer has made decisions about ecological problems.In addition,the green development is included in five concepts for development and the ecological civilization is included in the "13th Five-Year" plan as an important content.As the "lung of the city",urban forest can not be replaced by improving the urban ecological environment.It is an effective way to realize ecological civilization and sustainable development.The construction of urban forest can not be generalized,it requires concrete analysis of concrete problems,according to the natural features of the area and the construction of human characteristics,it construct urban forests with the actual development of urban development.This years,Anhui province has remarkable achievements about the construction of urban forests,but due to differences in natural and human conditions,the northern area of urban forest construction level is far below in the south of Anhui Province,which seriously restrict the further improvement of the ecological level.To strengthen the research of forest city,to enrich the content and form of the city,to promote the development of the forest city to the small and medium-sized cities,is of great significance.In such a situation,to explor the urban forest construction of northern area,it has an important influence to improve the ecological environment of the northern areas,raise the level of urban forest construction of our province,promote the sustainable development of our province,carry out the new strategic decisions of the central government.This paper starts from the origin of the city forest which discussed the rise,concept,scope,planning theory and practice through the research of the development status of the forest city at home and abroad,and expounds the theory in five aspects of ecology,landscape ecology,city green space system,forest culture,the ratio of green space,which are for guiding the planning of forest city.Through a comprehensive analysis of index evaluation for the forest city of National Forest City and Anhui province,we clear the constructive contents and target of forest city.On the basis thatanalyzing the geographic conditions and forest resources in-depth of northern area,we put forward methods for the northern area,which include green recovered for mining area,villages and towns forest,village green with fruit industry,green corridor.We can use the researched results for the overall planning of the forest city construction in Jieshou,Fuyang City.This paper systematically expounds the overall planning survey in three aspects,which includ the content of forest urban construction and the design of plant cultivation.Through the analysis,the research processeing from theory to practice has proved the practical significance.
