Studies On The Biological Characteristics Of Hybrid Pollination And Seed Seedling Of Prunus Armeniaca ’Dongxing’

In this paper, I take the extremely late ’Dongxing’ on as the object of the research. The research on pollination affinity of cross, xenia effect and hybrid seed germination characteristics, annual hybrid seedling morphological characteristics, plant characters of different hybrid combinations of growth state and the separation of the variation of the problems were studied, and the main results are as follows:(1) The single anther number of per flower of ’Dongxing’was 35.6 grains, and the pollen amount of single number was 865 grains. The pollen viability was 25.95%. After flowering, the stigma within 12h was the strongest, and the suitable pollination period of ’Dongxing’was within 1day after anthesis. Pollen of the tested varieties began to germinate after 4h on the stigma of ’Dongxing’, and reached the base of the style after 72h.’Daguohuanna’,The fruit-set rate of ’Kumant’, "Kezilang’and’Yinxiangbai’after to pollination to’Dongxing’is higher than the others, at the same time,their pollen tube growth is rapidder too. exhibit and ’Dongxing’good hybridization affinity.(2) "Dongxing’pollen on the selected varieties from pollination of fruit of xenia effect is different, ’Dongxing’as pollination varieties can improve fruit set rate and fruit quality of ’Kalahuanna’, "Daguohuanna’, ’Kuikepiman’and’Kezierpinaizi’,suitable as pollination tree of the four varieties.(3) The hybrid fruit shape of different varieties after to pollination to ’Dongxing’hadn’t significant changes, but single fruit weight, total sugar content, titratable acid content, vitamin C content had significant changes. ’Daguohuanna’and ’Yinxiangbai’pollen after to pollination to ’Dongxing’can improve the fruit-set rate, single fruit weight, total sugar content, reduce titratable acid content, and they were suitable pollination varieties for’Dongxing’ cultivation.(4) The low temperature stratification can effectively remove the dormancy of hybrid seed of ’Dongxing’. The germination rate of ’Dongxing’x ’Maolaxiao’hybrid seeds after the laminated 56 days reached 100%. After low temperature stratification 70 days,85% of the hybrid combinations of seed germinate.(5) 16’Dongxing’hybrid combinations, the male’Teerwanyulvke’,’Dongxing’, ’Maolaxiao’and’Kezilang’ had high growth rate, leaf was higher, the annual hybrid seedling of ’Dongxing’showed obvious difference between combination, the traits were large separation within combination. The plant height and leaf width had the largest coefficient of variation can used as earlv selection for effective index of hvbrid plant traits.
