Construction safety is the basic condition for the development of construction economy,and it is also the basic guarantee for the development of construction industry productivity and the sustainable and healthy development of construction economy.However,the complex construction environment and the lack of safety management technology led to the situation of security construction is still in a state of tension.Therefore,the scientific and quantitative construction safety comprehensive evaluation for the change of safety management passive situation,good early warning and prevention work has strategic significance.The construction economy has shifted gear from the previous high speed to a medium-to-high speed growth.Which requires us from a new perspective to examine the construction safety assessment.New urbanization and green construction opportunities and challenges made refinement and intensification requirements to the safety of construction.Coupled with large data,cloud technology and BIM and other data mining and data processing tools,the rapid development of construction safety management will inevitably lead to the trend of information technology,dynamic and standardized.The article introduces the extension cloud model for the basic data of construction safety inspection is not easy to obtain accurately,which lead to the construction safety evaluation is ambiguous,discrete and random.This model combines the characteristics of cloud model uncertainty reasoning and matter-element theory to combine the advantages of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and can realize the mutual mapping between qualitative concept and numerical representation based on linguistic value.Firstly,the study constructs synthetic evaluation system of construction safety by people,objects,environment and management.Then,this paper builds the extension cloud model to assess construction safety comprehensively,and it evaluates the level of construction safety by calculating cloud correlation of matter-element to be evaluated and standard one,what is more,it introduces the coefficients of credible degree and risk factors to test credibility of the results.Finally,the case analysis shows that the extension cloud model can systematically and objectively assess the construction security situation.The calculation steps of the extension cloud model are simply and the method can be easily realized by programming,which provides new ideas and means for the evaluation on construction safety.
