As the scale of subway construction continues to expand,construction safety risks also increase.For the unpredictability,suddenness and complexity of construction risks,traditional risk management cannot be dynamically managed based on the whole process of the system,emphasizing ex-ante management.The emergence of resilience science has made research and exploration based on system attributes and whole process on risks and disasters in ecology and disaster science,which makes system resilience become a research hotspot of security disciplines dealing with sudden and unfavorable events.On the basis of risk management,resilience science emphasizes the system's response to the whole performance process of risk events,which is the goal and component of risk management.Based on resilience,system security management emphasizes the system's ability to respond to risks and adverse events,coping,adaptability,and recovery capability,and achieves a new state of security through a series of resilience performances of the system.This paper introduces the theory of resilience into the safety management of subway construction engineering,defines the resilience connotation applicable to the safety system of subway construction site,and evaluates the resilience of the system by selecting the resilience index to explore the resilience performance of the safety system based on subway engineering.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combining the resilience theory with the characteristics of the subway construction project,define the resilience connotation and concept curve of the safety system of the subway construction site,and analyze the whole process performance of resilience in the system change.The safety system is classified,the system influence factors and their action relationships are analyzed,the resilience feature elements are divided,and the presentation rules of the resilience feature elements in the security system are clarified.(2)Using the literature measurement and the Delphi method to screen and determine the resilience index,and construct the system resilience evaluation index system,in which the resilience characteristic elements:stability,redundancy,efficiency and fitness are the first-level indicators,27 indicator factors are the secondary indicators and a descriptive description of the secondary indicators.(3)Based on ANP theory,extension theory and cloud model theory,the system resilience evaluation model is constructed,and the application of the evaluation model is carried out in combination with the first phase project of Xi'an Metro Line 14.The results show that the resilience of the three stations of Xi'an Metro Line 14 is high resilience,moderate resilience and moderate resilience,which is in line with the actual engineering conditions and the evaluation model is effective.According to the connotation and characteristics of resilience,the strategy of resilience optimization and improvement is proposed.
