China has a vast territory with complex terrain and a long coastline.In order to connect the traffic between the complex terrain,the construction and operation of tunnels has become an important work in China's infrastructure industry.However,for a long time,the study of tunnel safety in China has only focused on the structure of the tunnel and other engineering aspects,while the study of tunnel traffic safety is relatively less.Based on the existing data of tunnel accidents,starting from the characteristics of the distribution of tunnel accidents,this paper summarizes the occurrence regularity of tunnel traffic accidents,and concludes four major safety influencing factors of traffic flow,driver,tunnel and other aspects.Through the analysis,a total of 14 evaluation indexes are selected objectively and scientifically.The evaluation index system of tunnel traffic safety is established.Considering the diversity of the indicators in the evaluation index system of tunnel traffic safety,it is difficult to define the indicators which are difficult to determine the characteristic values by using cloud model.Combined with matter element extension method,a comprehensive evaluation method based on extension cloud model is constructed.In order to avoid the subjectivity of artificial judgment and the contingency of the evaluation object data,the combination weighting method of subjective and objective combination,which combines the ordinal relationship analysis method and the entropy weight method,is used to give the combination weights to each evaluation index.According to the evaluation principle of extension cloud model and MATLAB programming,the relevancy,eigenvalues and the reliability of evaluation results of the objects to be evaluated are obtained.The evaluation results are analyzed and compared with those obtained by other evaluation methods to verify the scientificity and applicability of the extension cloud model in tunnel traffic safety evaluation.Finally,in view of the particularity of the super-entropy value assignment,the influence of the change of the super-entropy value on the evaluation results is calculated and analyzed,and the change rule is summarized,and the reasonable assignment interval of the super-entropy value is determined.This paper constructs a tunnel traffic safety evaluation model based on extension cloud model,which retains the fuzziness and randomness of some tunnel safety evaluation indicators as much as possible compared with other methods,and is closer to the actual situation.It provides a relatively accurate reference for tunnel design and operators to understand the level of tunnel traffic safety,and is of great significance for tunnel design and traffic control improvement.
