With the continuous development of social progress and industrial production in China,China has also witnessed the rapid development of the economy. However,at the same time, this development has also caused a dramatic increase in the number and scale of major hazards in China. The types of accidents are mostly fires,Explosions and gas leaks.China's regional types are complex, with a large population and rapid economic development. This makes the regional vulnerability and the risk intensity of mobile risk sources have an interactive relationship.Establishing relevant models for the relationship between the two can make The objectivity and accuracy of the risk classification in the region have been improved. This paper presents a corresponding classification method for the regional vulnerability and the risk intensity of mobile hazards, and establishes a coupling model for the relationship between the two,and determines the direction and strategy of real-time risk management and safety supervision for government guidance. The measures provide scientific basis for the development of regional strategic objectives and strategies for mobile hazard security.Divide the region into three ways to discuss the classification of its vulnerability: roads, administrative regions, gridded regions, etc.;classify the comprehensive risk classification of mobile risk sources according to the type of accident(fire, explosion, leakage)and apply the fuzzy synthesis method. The principle of maximum degree of membership is graded. Finally, the regional vulnerability and the integrated risk of mobile risk sources are coupled to obtain a regional macro overall risk rating.Based on the examples, this paper selects the Haidian District, which has a large area, developed business contacts, and complete historical data. The model is applied to demonstrate the feasibility of the model and the application process of the model.
