With the increasingly rapid development of our national economy, the water resources demand more and more on the allocation of water resources have become increasingly demanding, natural distribution and environmental conditions of human activities on water resources has great influence and change, part of the river will dry, there is water pollution situation will not only. Is not conducive to the development of social economy, our living environment is destroyed, and even threaten the existence and sustainable development of social economy. At present, the regional integrated water resources planning work carried out around the country are at the initial stage,along with the rest of the work and the mutual exchange of experiences on integrated water resources planning work will be more and more perfect, the future will become the basis for decision-making information of social economic planning, industrial planning and other areas can not be separated from the.This dissertation assessed the quantity, quality, and distribution of water resources and existing and planning hydraulic projects of Shuangliu County and thus analyzed its current water resources allocation capacity and problems. Then it predicted water use demand for the target years of the social and economic planning, from the perspective of protecting the regional water resources and aquatic environment and achieving sustainable use of water resources, proposed suggestions to improve those irrational parts of the municipal social and economic planning and to promote and secure harmony between population, resources, environment, and the economy. It is also our hope that our work may provide referential experience for similar projects in other municipalities of our country.
