Modern rotating machinery is widely used in electric power,petrochemical,metallurgy,aerospace and other industries and the stable operations of the rotor structure play an important role in the realization of the whole system function.With the deepening of the research on the rotating machinery theory and the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process,high-speed and high-power become the main direction of the rotating machinery,and the structure of the multi-span rotor is becoming more and more widely applied.Vibration control of rotor structure is one of the key points to ensure the safety of rotating machinery.In this paper,the vibration suppression law of dynamic vibration absorber to rotor system is studied,and the vibration of rotor system through critical speed is restrained by on-off control.This paper also studied the vibration control technology of conveying pipeline system,and used viscosity pipeline dampers to reduce the vibration of the actual engineering pipe.Meanwhile,the application of honeycomb sealing technology to solve the leakage problem of the balance hub seal of centrifugal air separation supercharger is studied.The main work is as followed:1.This paper analyzed the main causes and harms of the vibration of rotating machinery and piping system,introduced the research status of the vibration control method of the rotating machinery and the pipeline system,and emphatically expounded the theoretical research and application status of the dynamic vibration absorber.2.A dynamic vibration absorber for rotor and a control switch device of the dynamic vibration absorber based on speed were designed.Single span rotor test bench was built to study the original vibration and the vibration restrain rules of single and double absorbers with on-off control.Besides,the influence of the number and position of vibration absorber on the vibration suppression effect of single span rotor were studied.3.A multi span rotor test bench of five-span with ten support which is called '2N' type was built to explored the vibration restrain effect of the absorber in the rotor system.The original vibration and the vibration restrain rules to the rotor shafting of single absorber with on-off control,all absorbers with and without on-off control were studied.4.A multi span rotor test bench of five-span with six support which is called 'N+1' type was built to explored the vibration restrain effect of the absorber in the rotor system.The original vibration and the vibration restrain rules to the rotor shafting of single absorber with on-off control,all absorbers with and without on-off control were studied.5.The author investigated the vibration situation of the plunger pump pipeline in a petrochemical enterprise in Hebei province and the primary distillation tower pipeline of one refinery in Liaoning province.This paper analyzed the specific causes of pipeline vibration,determined the installation position of viscous damper through simulation calculation,and determine the modification plan and guide the construction to ensure the safe operation of pipeline system and related equipment.6.The author also investigated the balance hub seal of air compressor in a large coal chemical enterprise in Inner Mongolia.In view of the leakage problem of the original seal,the technical parameters of the sealing structure are determined by the finite element analysis using the honeycomb sealing technology.According to the analyzing results,the seal design and installation scheme was finally determined.
