Rotating machinery and pipeline connected to it often have problems in production,most of the faults are manifested in the form of vibration.Therefore,it is meaningfully to study the vibration control of rotor system and pipeline.In this paper,vibration test benches with magnetorheological dampers were built for vibration control study of rotor and pipeline.Moreover,intelligent controls to suppress the vibration of rotor and pipeline according to adjust the damping force at real-time were designed.The control programs were composed by using Lab VIEW.An active damping device was proposed to control the vibration of pipeline in the wide broadband of frequency.The main work is as follows:(1)The failure types and causes of the rotor system were analyzed.The applications of magnetorheological effect in vibration control,sealing,machining and other aspects were introduced.And the applications of magnetorheological damper in vibration control of rotor system were also been presented.(2)The working mode and mechanical model of the magnetorheological damper were introduced.The structure of the magnetorheological damper was designed,the capability of dampers was simulated by using Matlab/Simulink software to calculate.Some related modules of Lab VIEW used in subsequent experiments were introduced.(3)A rotor bench with dual magnetorheological dampers was established and a switch control program based on speed was designed.With the help of the switch control program,the vibration of rotor can be suppressed by dual magnetorheological dampers intelligently.As increasing of rotor speed,the dual magnetorheological dampers operated at different speed range controlled by the intelligence program,so that the rotor vibration can be suppressed effectively.(4)A pipe vibration bench with triple magnetorheological dampers was established and a switch control program based on amplitude of vibration was designed.According to the status of pipe,triple magnetorheological dampers were controlled to operated at proper time by the program.In this way,the various numbers of damper and different size of current were studied.(5)In order to study the method of vibration suppression for pipe,a kind of active damper device was used in pipe bench.The discipline of vibration suppression of pipe by using active damper device was studied which provided certain reference value for the practical application.(6)In the practical engineering project,the viscous dampers was used to suppress the vibration of the compressor pipeline in a petrochemical enterprise.The natural frequency of the pipeline was calculated by ANSYS,and the cause of pipeline vibration was determined by the actual measurement and the working condition.According to the actual situation of pipeline layout and the vibration of pipeline,the proposal of damper settlement was proposed by using SAP2000,which can verify the correctness of the proposal.Eventually,the vibration amplitude of pipeline was suppressed effectively,ensuring the safety of the factory production.
