Energy-saving Research And Design Of Rural Dwellings In Northeast Hubei

The rural economy developed and people's life became richer. Then the establishment of rural residence increased and energy consumption increased rapidly too. For the low education level of the farmers and the inferior economic condition of the current rural, there being two big problems in rural residence's energy efficiency: the energy consumption is quite high and people know little to energy efficiency in rural residence.Through investigation to the actuality of rural residence and the energy efficiency level in Northeast Hubei, acquaintance to rural residence's constructing condition and buildings' energy consumption and measures to the interior and exterior air temperatures respectively in summer and winter, the author found the influence to rural residence's temperature in typical rural residence. And through the investigation, the author found the transition of the rural residence in Northeast Hubei. Meanwhile, by simulating the interior fundamental temperature to the typical rural residence with the software DOE-2 and combining with the measuring temperature, the author elicited that the emphasis of rural residence' energy efficient in Northeast Hubei is heatproof treatment in summer.Analyzing from the layer height relating factors, the author found out the deficiencies existed in rural residence's energy efficiency in Northeast Hubei were mainly three: The increasing useless area results in increasing building cost and increasing waste of building materials; The indoor thermal condition of the rural residence is inferior, specially in summer; The using of reproducible energy is insufficient. Through analyze to all these influences the author found out the energy efficiency measures in address selection, courtyard plane disposal, heat preservation and insulation to enclosure, application in solar energy.Nowadays with comparatively lack in resources depravation in natural environment, the most important thing in constructing new is to save soil, energy and resources. Hope this paper can afford a reference in constructing an "energy and soil saving type" rural residence and contribute to the energy efficiency design of rural residence.
