Study On GFD Highway Tunnel Engineering Construction Safety Management

Safety accidents occured in highway tunnel construction hold a large proportion in all safety accidents occured in building operations. Therefore, it's very significant to reduce the safety accidents and achieve the goal of safety in GFD highway tunnel construction.On the basis of reading and studying a large number of literatures at home and abroad, and combined with a large number of questionnaires, this thesis analyzes the characteristics and basic requirements of tunnel engineering construction safety management, and seek the main problems existed in tunnel engineering construction safety management currently by using modern safety management theory, which covers four aspects: safety education, safety training, safety rule of law, and intrinsically safe practice problems.Then,we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the current safety management situation of GFD highway tunnel construction, which is according to the following process: determine evaluation index, establish opinion rating set, determine the weight sets, use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluat, calculate the evaluation vector of evaluation objects, determine the opinion rating of evaluation objects in the light of the maximum membership principle. And we find that the safety management status of GFD highway tunnel construction is in basic safe now. Finally, according to the problem mentioned before, combined with the construction practice, the targeted measures are put forward : concentrating on construction safety education in the construction practice; paying more attention to construction safety training; strengthening the practical application of the rule of law theory; enhancing the application of theory of intrinsically safe.The research results of this thesis for GFD highway tunnel construction provides a new perspective for safety management, and complements the thinking mode of highway tunnel construction safety management, all of these have a positive role in the promotion of road tunnel construction safety management in our country.
