The subway as public transportation has the fast speed, the huge capacity of thecharacteristics, and because of its safety, comfort, on time, especially not influenced by theroad traffic conditions and the impact of changes in the weather and other advantages, it hasbecome many big city’s preferred way of development of the city traffic. The subway hasbeen more than150years in the world, in the development of our country is only a short spanof fifty or sixty years, especially after China’s reform and opening up, the rapid developmentof economy and concentration of city population, in the recent20years, the mass subwayappeared in China, has been gradually from the first-tier cities to the second line, or three linecity, China’s construction scale of hitherto unknown, China has become the world’s largestsubway construction market. In this huge construction scale, the Pearl River Delta region ofmetro construction accounted for the proportion of which great. However, experience andtalent in the subway construction in our country is very short, the subway constructionprocess safety problem has plagued our country.Subway tunnel is an important part of the construction of subway, and different fromhousing construction, road construction and municipal construction. This paper introduces thesubway tunnel construction method and common method, and in order to reduce the PearlRiver Metro Tunnel Collapse of weak surrounding rock, this paper introduces a method thatcombines the Center Diaphragm method and the bench method, in other words, the tunnel’supper structure is built by the Center Diaphragm method and below structure is built by thebench method. Based on the construction of the tunnel and the characteristics in the PearlRiver Delta special geological and hydrological conditions, the author identifies majordangerous source of a special interval tunnel construction in this area, at last, the authormakes some analysis and put forward some countermeasures about the dangerous source.The Guan-Hui rail transit GDK38+952~GDK44+577mine tunnel as an example, thispaper combines the method of fuzzy matter element, hierarchy analysis and the identificationof fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the quality and safety of applicable to theconstruction technology from the Center Diaphragm method, the Cross Diaphragm method,two side-wall pilot tunnel for the area, the author expects to offer certain reference value tothe subway tunnel in the area of future construction.According to the technical measures of safety construction, the paper puts forward someimprovement suggestions. The author hopes to increase the site of the third party monitoringstatus, especially for construction monitoring unit management functions. According to thethe fissure water as main risk sources in the tunnel construction, the paper put forward theadvanced support measures as specific requirements. Based on the particularity of subwayconstruction, the paper puts forward some concrete measures for safety control. The author expects to strengthen the security efforts of the construction of subway, increase the speciesof insurance, enhance security personnel professional ability, and indirectly improve the safemanagement of the subway construction site.
