This subject selects wool/polyester/rice protein cellulose fiber blended fabrics by the actual parameter of 8/3satin(fabric structure),60/20/20(blending ratio),370/320(w-eft density)as the target material,taking the target material as the starting point,the relationship of the wearability with blending ratio,fabric density,fabric structure were studied,improving the comprehensive performance of the target material with multiple comparison analysis and fuzzy matter-element analysis method.Firstly,selecting the warping tensile fracture strength,the zonal tensile fracture s-trength,the rebound recovery angle,the creep rebound recovery angle,the air permeab-ility and the static drape coefficient as the evaluation index of the test.Selecting fabric structure,blending ratio,warp and weft density of fabric as experimental factors,fabric structure factors:satin~#,weft face right twill~#,warp face right twill~#,sateen~#,cross twil-l~#,reverse twill~#;blending ratio factors:60/20/20,60/30/10,55/35/10,60/10/30,60/15/25,55/15/30;the density factors:370/320,380/320,390/325,360/320,350/320,340/310.Secondly,the SPSS data processing software is used to deal with all the experimental data of the subject.The methods of data processing include variance homogeneity test,saliency analysis,intuitionistic analysis,multiple comparison analysis and fuzzy matter element analysis.Multiple comparative analysis is done to select factors for orthogonal test,and a series of optimal schemes are obtained through orthogonal test.Through the fuzzy matter-element analysis to obtain the optimal scheme:reverse twill~#(fabric structure),55/35/10(blending ratio),340/310(density).Finally,testing the stable properties with the different spinning equipment by the fabric that is spun out with the optimal scheme.It is found that the replacement of the spinning equipment just has a certain effect on the tensile fracture strength of the fabric,but has no obvious influence on the fabric crease recovery angle,static drape coefficient and air permeability.It is proved by practice,the experimental optimization method this paper uesing can improve the production process technology content and product quality,providing some important parameters to make the best use of everything by reducing individual experience on process,or improving efficiency of production equipment to get good u-se of the phenomenon without lack of experience.
