Research And Application Of Equipment Modeling Design Based On System Element Analysis

With the improvement of people's knowledge and sense of aesthetics,the industrial design also develops.Equipment products focus not only on the technology but also on their appearance,gradually,to pursue a common development of both.Good design can improve the corporate image and enhance the value of the product.In such an era,textile enterprises of China begin to change their thinking,and to upgrade the appearance of the product.The purpose of this research is to find a way to build a common platform for enterprises(Party A)and designers,which will promote their communications and design.Taking the appearance design of a rotor spinning machine as an example,a product appearance modeling retrieval technique,which will assist the appearance design and application of products,was researched in this paper.Based on the theory of product design and by using the system elements method,the process,color,modeling and serialization of products were studied this paper,and a new assistant modeling method for the enterprises(Party A)and the designers were found.The system elements database can classify the appearance design in detail and realize the quantification description of the modeling element information.For product appearance modeling,this paper proposed the design with "element".The Lightroom software was used for modeling of the appearance database of equipment products,which can orderly arrange the product's appearance,intelligently performance the program and facilitate the serialized product design.The system elements database was validated in this study and a new method of product design has been achieved,providing a theoretical and practical example for the equipment's appearance design,especially for the design of textile machinery products.JWF1616 type rotor spinning machine's appearance design was taken as an example in this paper.the important impact that the system elements database can make for the appearance design was found via the combined theoretical and practical research.A concrete and specific program for the rotor spinning machine is provided,and a efficient application of the system elements database in the design is summed up.
