Organotin?IV?compounds as an important branch of organometallic compounds,have been extensively studied due to their abundant structures and remarkable properties infunctional material,organic synthesis and catalysis.Particularly,the research on the biological activity of organotin?IV?compounds has become a hot topic in recent years.Sulfonate are very popular with scientists because of its rich coordinate mode,excellent performance and extensively application prospects.In recent years,the research of sulfonate organotin compounds is increasing day by day.In previous reports,the sulfonate organotin compounds are mainly to the study of structure.In contrast,the organotin compounds with sulfonate ligands have rarely been investigated.Therefore,it's necessary to research the structure-property relationship of the sulfonate organotin compounds in order to enrich the application of organotin compounds in the field of biological chemistry.Given the above reasons,we chose a series of sulfonate ligands reacts with diverse organotin afforded fifteen new organotin sulfonate complexes and embarked on an investigation of these organotin devatives.The results as follows:1.4-aminobenzenesulfonicacid,3-aminobenzenesulfonicacidand2,4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid reaction with organotin afforded eight organotin?IV?compounds by X-ray crystallographic diffraction and FT-IR,NMR,elemental analysis.?1?when 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid reacts with R2SnO?R=Me,Bu?and3-aminobenzenesulfonic acid reacts with R2SnO?R=Me,Bu,Octyl?at 1:2 molar ratio,the product are ladder-like structure including three alternate Sn2O2 rings.A 2:1 ratio reaction of?Bu?3SnO with 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid reacts afforded 1D infinite chain structure,and the geometry of central tin atom is distorted trigonal bipyramid.When4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid reacts with BuSn?O?OH at 1:3 molar ratio,a dodecanuclear organooxotin cages were afforded,in which six penta-coordinated tin atoms are located at the“cage equator”and exhibit a square-pyramidal environment,while the other six hexa-coordinated tin atoms exhibit a distorted octahedral geometry in the pole cage.?2?when 2,4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid reacts with?CH3?2SnO in a 2:1 molar ratio,afforded a alternate ring-ladder structures.2.1,2-ethanedisulfonic acid dihydrate reaction with diorganotin afforded two organotin?IV?compounds.?1?When 1,2-ethanedisulfonic acid dihydrate reacts with Me2SnO at 1:4 molar ratio,afforded an ionic compound inculding one Sn2O2 ring,and the geometry of central tin atom is hexa-coordinated distorted octahedron geometry.?2?When1,2-ethanedisulfonic acid dihydrate reacts with?Bu?2SnO at 1:4 molar ratio,the product exhabits an infinite chain structure including ladder.3.4,4'-biphenyldisulfonic acid reaction with organotin afforded five organotin?IV?compounds.?1?When 4,4'-biphenyldisulfonic acid reacts with Me2SnO at 1:4 molar ratio,afforded a three dimensional doubly interpenetrated compound.?2?When4,4'-biphenyldisulfonic acid reacts with?Bu?2SnO at 1:4 molar ratio,a two dimensional network structure were formed.?3?When 4,4'-biphenyldisulfonic acid reacts with?Octyl?2SnO at 1:4 molar ratio,afforded a one dimensional chain.?4?When4,4'-biphenyldisulfonic acid reacts with?Bu?3SnO in a different conditions,two complexes that have different structure were obtained.Two dimensional network was obtained under the aqueous solution,three dimensional structure was obtained under the methanol solution.Antitumor activity in vitro of some compounds were studies.The antitumor activity of some organotin?IV?compounds restrained the human lung adenocarcinma cell line?A549?and the hepatoma carcinoma cell line?HepG-2?were tested by means of MTT testing,which show that the majority of these compounds showed significant antitumor activity to cancer cell lines,and present a regular on structure-activity relationship.
