Organotin compounds diverse structures, many species very widely used, their particular structure determines their specific nature, organic tin compounds and synthesis of a variety of structural types of further study of their structure, is important not only in theory, in practice applications will be of great significance, such as the discussion of two or three alkyltin derivatives and other anticancer drugs can provide some reliable information. Considering the tin atoms have empty d orbitals may be accepted from the lone pair electrons of oxygen atoms constitute related complexes. And telluric acid oxygen atom with the tin atom can provide electronic ligand, while the organic telluric acid also has a high biological activity. In view of the above considerations, we synthesized a number of impurity atoms N, S, F organic tellurium acids organic tin compounds as the research object, as is our nitrogen, sulfur ligands and two fluorine atoms, trialkyltin compound Synthesis and structure of the whole:1. fluorobenzene telluric acid was synthesized among trifluorobenzene telluric acid and studied their reactions with two- and three- alkyltin. After the reaction we received five new organic tin compounds. All the structures of these compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, NMR to characterize, and four kinds of organotin compounds were X- ray studies. The results showed that: although triphenylmethyl and trimethyl sterically hindered there is a difference, but the synthesis of the compound, the ligand structure is deformed tetrahedral tetrahedral coordination. Ligand and trialkyltin chloride by a molar ratio of 1: 4 structure obtained by the reaction of tin are four core monomer, which is a federation of telluric acid ligand ligand. Four oxygen atoms during the reaction of telluric acid ligands respectively and four trialkyltin chloride reaction, the remaining two oxygen atoms do not participate in the reaction. Use of Xray tests showed that the compounds also exist between the C-H???O and C-H???? activists weak interactions, the role of these weak supramolecular structure of the compound constitutes a one-dimensional or two-dimensional.2. 2- thiophene tellurium acid was synthesized, and they have two or three hydrocarbon reaction of tin chloride, were got four new organic compounds, all of these compounds by elemental analysis, infrared, nuclear magnetic characterization, and the three organic tin compound was studied by means of the X-ray. Results show that under atmospheric pressure, 2- thiophene tellurium acid react with triphenyl tin chloride, under the action of sodium ethoxide, 2- thiophene tellurium acid and four oxygen atoms of triphenyl stannic chloride ligand, left a hydroxyl oxygen not to participate in the reaction.Under the high temperature and high pressure, 2- thiophene benzene tellurium acid in the reaction occurs first intermolecular dehydration condensation, forming a Te2O2four-member ring structure, each tellurium acid has two hydroxyl oxygen and triphenyl stannic chloride in coordination, left a hydroxyl oxygen do not participate in coordination.Tellurium six coordination atoms are at the centre of the deformation of octahedral structure. Tin atom into four coordination deformation tetrahedron structure.3. The synthesis of 2-pyridyl telluric acid, studied their reactions with two, trialkyltin chloride were obtained two new compounds, all of these compounds are characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR characterization, and 2 an organic tin compound of the Xray studies. In-depth study and explore the molecular structure of the synthetic reaction of these compounds and products, allows us to synthesize organic tin compounds have a clearer and deeper understanding of the chemical and structural chemistry. Elemental tellurium has been called the forgotten element, relatively few studies on its compounds, tellurium compounds research on organic acids and even less, a review of the relevant literature we can know tellurium acids have good biological activity, and tin compounds also have very good biological activity, according to a synergistic effect, we try to get organic tin compounds tellurium acids have higher activity.
