Block Jin 16 is a high-pemeability,thick layered edge and bottom water reservoir,it belongs to strong heterogeneity of reservoir.Water-flooding development has more than 20 years of history. It has entered a period of high water, most of the wells have reached more than 90%.Since 2008 carried out chemical flooding area, its moisture content decreased about 15% and achieved good results. However, due to the heterogeneity of the layers are more serious, leading to rising water level and slow the production decline. For each case of large differences in effiective wells, fuild entry profile is uneven, the low injection pressure and other problems,so we need measures to reduce the moisture content and enhance oil recovery.Based on the above problems, with reference to the basis of chemical flooding and remaining oil research results at domestic and abroad, take the Jin 16 reservoir as object of study, and then evaluate the effect.Clarify the current development status and problems.By the residual oil distribution regularity, the suitable adjustment plan is proposed, which is helpful to obtain a stable and efficient development for the field,to get better economic benefit, and provide a reference to improve the development results for the similar reservoirs. The remaining oil in two well groups of this binary test area is studied by numerical simulation method, analysing the main factors affecting the distribution of remaining oil. Then combined with the results of research literature, using numerical simulation to optimized the profile parameters,injection-production parameters and profile controlling schemes, then predicted the effect. The parameters and profile controlling schemes which are the most suitable for the binary test area were selected by optimization.
