At present,most of China's oil fields have entered a period of high water cut.The heterogeneity of oil layers and the unreasonable mode of oil field exploitation have caused long-term flushing of injected water to form large pores,severe flooding of oil wells,and reduced oil yield of low permeability areas.In the existing plugging and shutting system,there are many polymer type and gel type regulating agents,but there are problems such as high cost and damage to the environment.Therefore,it is very important to carry out research on new,green,and low-damage agents.This paper is based on agricultural waste as raw material,using the latest mechanochemical activation technology theory,developed a new type of inorganic composite gel conditioning agent.It has the characteristics of low cost,wide source,and low damage.The results of gelation experiments show that the new inorganic composite gel conditioning agent has good resistance to temperature,salt and shear,and ensures that the conditioning agent is not affected by shear force,high temperature,etc.in the formation.The new inorganic compound gel conditioning agent can seal the formation for a long period of time.Through core experiments,the new type of inorganic composite gel conditioning agent has a good sealing rate for the formation,and its plugging rate is as high as more than 90%,and it can effectively seal out the water layer.The plugging agent is applied to the high water-cut period,extra-high water-cut period,deep reservoir profile adjustment and flooding to increase recovery,and will surely achieve greater economic and social benefits.
