As the oilfield entered the later periods of development,the water cut increased gradually.The produced water and sand are becoming big problems.At present,most oil fields adopt the methods of profile control and water plugging and sand control separately,but this kind of method will lead to the increase of production cost,increased workload,and serious damage to the formation caused by repeated construction.Therefore,before the construction,it is necessary to analyze the stratigraphic structure,ascertain the sources and properties the produced water and sand,select the appropriate water plugging agent ingredients and additives,optimization the construction technology,puts forward a reasonable scheme of integrated profile control and water plugging technology.This article summarized the development status and development trend of profile control,water plugging and sand control technology both at home and abroad.It also states the profile control and water plugging and plugging agent selection,which is the key part of integrated profile control and water plugging technology.And it also compares the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods and the t,which provides a theoretical basis of plugging agents selecting for different oil field.With the increasing complexity of oil field development,the application effect of single plugging agent is obviously decreased.Therefore,the comprehensive use of various kind of plugging agents and construction methods are hot research topics.This article combined the advantages of profile control and water plugging agent,and came up with some reasonable optimization models by theoretical analysis.This paper mainly researches the plugging prevention agents and additives with the methods of laboratory experiments combined with the field data.Then optimize them with the factors of consolidation time under different temperature,compressive strength,corrosion resistance,aging resistance,permeability and wettability.The plugging prevention agents with the properties of low cost,high physical strength,adjustable consolidation time are ideal.Through the laboratory experiments study the influence of water saturation,porosity and particle size on water and sand effect.Based on the results of laboratory experiments and field tests in Gudao oilfield,observe the effects of plugging agent and assess the field test results.
