After several decades of water injection development,Fuyu Oilfield has entered the ultra-high water cut and production decline period.The ineffective water circulation is serious,but the recovery degree isn't high,and the residual oil is abundant.For improving development effect and reducing ineffective water circulation as well as improving water flooding efficiency,the deep profile control experiment was conducted to realize the plugging on the dominant channel of water flow.The double-excited inorganic profile control agent was selected for plugging the water breakthrough channel of low temperature reservoir based on reservoir characteristics,reservoir heterogeneity,residual oil distribution and development contradictions.The plan design and slug combination were optimized,and such parameters as injection pressure,speed and usage of each slug were controlled and adjusted.Field experiment was conducted in 2 wells,and better effect was obtained,with water injection pressure increased by over 30%,trigger pressure increased by over 33%,water injectivity index of profile control plugging interval declined by over 58%,oil increased by over 300 tons and water reduced by over 1000m~3.During experiment,the tracer,pressure drawdown curve,water entry profile,liquid production profile geophysical well logging and waterflood front monitoring as well as the production performance data of oil-water wells were used to recognize and describe the predominant channel.The static profile control design and the dynamic adjustment were combined for the heterogeneous complicated predominant channel in reservoir.The layering profile control of borehole and the ground online profile control of well groups were designed.By research and experiment,the water breakthrough channel was effectively plugged,which changed the direction and position of sequel water flooding.Better effect was obtained by using this plugging system,which provided new technology for controlling ineffective water circulation and improving water flooding effect.
