In the life system,metal ions involved in the physiological and pathological processes,metal ions can only be maintained at a certain concentration ensure normal life activities.In order to better study its physiological and pathological effects and effects.The development of efficient metal ion detection method is very important.In this paper,four kinds of cationic detection probes were designed and synthesized for the determination of mercury and aluminumions based on rhod amine and coumarin.The definition,structure and design principle of fluorescent probe are briefly introduced,and summarized the research progress of cationic fluorescent probe.Based on the characteristics of the change of color and spectral characteri stics caused by ring opening of Spironolactone in Rhodamine B derivatives,we designed and synthesized rhodamine B as the parent,respectively,in W-aldehyde,2-chloro-3-hydroxymethylene-Cyclohexan-1-eneformaldehydeand,p-hydroxyb enzaldehyde,three kinds of mercury ion-enhanced probes L1,F1 and Z1 were synthesized.The results show that the three probes have good selectivity and sensitivity to Hg2+,and the mechanism of the interaction between the three probes and the mercury ions is explored separately.Based on the same characteristics of Rhodamine B,we designed the Rhodamine B-type double-arm fluorescent probe F1.After adding mercuryions,the rhodamine lactone was ring-opened,so that the fluorescence at 580 nm was significantly enhanced.The results show that the probe F1 is in the range of pH 5 to 9,and the probe is hardly af fected by pH.In addition,the probe has a better selectivity for mercury ions.Based on the characteristics of coumarin derivatives containing more nitrogen atoms and metal ions,the fluorescence probe J1 of coumarin was designed.The photosynthetic characteristics of the coumarin were studied by infrared spectroscopy,mass spectrometry,1H NMR and 13 C NMR.And the spectral properties of the probe were investigated.The results showed that the probe had good selectivity and sensitivity to aluminum ions,and the mechanism of the three probes and aluminum ions was explored separately.
