With the oil exploration,many of large oil fields in our country have already entered the latter period of oil exploration.In order to stabilize oil production,many oilfield adopt polymer-flooding technology.But the widespread using of the technology lead to several significant problem: First of all,the consumption of water will be lager if the waste water of polymer do not recycle.And the waste discharge will lead to serious environment pollution.Second,the Viscosity loss would influence the flooding effect,during the transportation of polymer it was due to mechanical and biological degradation.Third,The polymer content of polymer-containing sewage,oil content and suspended solids exceeded,emulsification serious,small droplets,the emulsion stability and other characteristics.After the use of the existing process equipment,the content of oil and suspended solids is difficult to achieve the standard.Then undealed the waste water will pollute the oil reservior near the water well,that could result in a variety problem.Through laboratory study and field application,diluted the factors and control methods of polymer viscosity loss was analyzed,main results obtained are as follows:?1?Through the experimental analysis of the diluted polymer solution viscosity loss,results showed that metalions,including Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe2+,Fe3+,S2-,have greater impact on waste diluted polymer solution viscosity loss,wherein Fe2+ and S2-have the greatest impact on diluted polymer solution viscosity loss;and the oil content of waste water,suspended solids,bacteria had no effect on the viscosity loss;and dissolved oxygen content have a major impact during the diluting period.?2?By camparing the sewage containing polymer process,including reducing salinity,adding complexing agent to remove calcium and magnesiumions,adding an oxidizing agent,oxygen exposure,result show that the high-efficient way is exposure oxygenation.?3?The injection experment showed that,Air compressor and ejector,two ways to oxygen exposure,is not very different,for the effect of dissolved oxygen compressor is better than the ejector,but for the same mother liquor at the same gas-water ratio condition the effect was basically the same.From the economic point of view,compressor oxygen exposure treatment was chosen.
