With tertiary oil recovery further development,polymer flooding development scale continues to expand.Previously,polymer flooding has become an important measure to maintain oil stability.However,with the personalized adjustment of injection and the application of wastewater dilution process,the problem of viscosity loss of polymer solution in ground injection process is becoming more and more prominent.According to statistics,the average loss rate of global viscosity of polymer solution in the middle part of the six region of apricot area is above 40%,in the actual development of oilfield,relying on improve the injection concentration to ensure injection viscosity,resulting in a waste polymer,effect of the polymer flooding efficiency.Therefore,LH2500 anti-salt polymer viscosity loss of six apricot investigation,laboratory tests were carried out on Influencing Factors of viscosity loss,optimized controllable factors referring to the method of ordinary block viscosity loss of governance,the controllable factors on-site measures,analysis of the effect of salt resistant polymer on operation of injection process,analysis of the influence of injection process anti salt polymer viscosity and mixing effect,through two-way analysis,optimization of injection process parameters,injection process design guide.Through this study,it can be used to provide reference for the quality stabilization and improvement of the polymer flooding development.
