As a main byproduct of Zanthoxylum bungeanum production,Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds has the features of high yield,high oil content.Its oil content is about30%.At present,Zanthoxylum bungeanum and Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed deep processing is still at its beginning stage.Each year about millions of tons of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds are urgently need to be reasonably developed and utilized.However,only a small part is being used,and the rest is discarded as waste.The research on the extraction technology of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil has very important significance to the comprehensive development and utilization of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds.Aqueous enzymatic extraction of oil is a new oil extraction technology,which has high oil yield,and produce good quality oil.The equipment needed is simple.Its operation is easy.And it causes no solvent pollution.The mothod not only shortens the processing route,but also ensures the quality of the extracted oil products,which is beneficial to improve the competitiveness of oil products in the market.In this paper,the author studied the technology of extracting Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil by aqueous enzymatic extraction and analyzed the quality of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil.The research findings are as follows:1 Through experiments,the optimum technological parameters of the extraction of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil by aqueous enzymatic extraction is determined.After60 mesh sieve,the feed liquid ratio is 1:6(m/v),the adjustment of PH value is 5.8,and the enzyme hydrolysis temperature was 50 degrees.0.6%(w/w)of cellulase is added.Enzymatic hydrolysis takes 4h.Adjust PH value to 9.7,temperature 57 degrees Celsius,the alkali extraction to be kept for 70 mins,and then maintain the temperature of 55 degrees Celsius.After that,7%(w/w)of alkaline protease added,enzymatic hydrolysis takes 3h.The reaction solution is heated to 90 degrees C to inactivate enzymes 10 min,taking advantage of the thermal centrifugal separation,rotational speed 20 min,centrifugal time 4500r/min.After centrifugation,the free oil I,the hydrolysate I,the emulsion I and the residue I were obtained.Collect the oil layer,get free oil I.Under the experimental conditions,oil yield is 48.79%2.Through the experiment,the two enzyme of the optimum technological conditions of parameters were determined: collection of emulsion liquid and residue,stir well,placedin a constant temperature oscillator,adjusting the temperature of 50 Degree,adding 4%(w/w)neutral protease,enzymolysis 2h shock.After the end of the enzymatic hydrolysis to 90 degrees,to inactivate enzymes 10 min,taking advantage of the heat centrifugal separation,rotational speed 20 min,centrifugal time 8000r/min,collect the oil layer,get free oil II.Under the experimental conditions,oil yield is 22.13%.The total oil yield was 70.92%.3.Aqueous enzymatic extraction of zanthoxylum seed oil color is slightly dark,light brown,better transparency,good flavor,unique Chinese Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil smell,no smell,and other relatively low acid value oil extraction method.After refining can reach the national standard requirements of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil.
