Technical Economic Investigation On The Circular Agriculture In Hexi Oasis Irrigation District

This paper explored the application of circular economy in agriculture from the perspective of economics. It summarized and analyzed the economic and technical features of the circular agriculture. This paper is based on the sustainability of the system and review the development of circular agriculture from the perspective of sustainable development. The sustainability of the system is the method, the way and the mode of the system used in the development of the system and to explore the existence and operability of sustainable development from the perspective of system.In order to further study the development of circular agricultural technology and economy in Hexi Oasis Irrigation District, this paper analyzed the characteristics of circular agriculture technology by introducing logic tree and analytic hierarchy process to conclude the priority order about agriculture problems and technology, analyzed structurally company’s circular flow chart by using the theory of system dynamics to conclude the complexity and development mechanism of circular agriculture in Hexi Oasis Irrigation District. The main results and conclusions are as follows:The first part is the introduction of the basic theory, and mainly summarized and analyzed the existent circular agriculture mode characteristics to help grasp the technical and economic characteristics in the mode.The second part got the priority order about problems and technology in the circular agriculture technology economy and summarized the problems and key technology factors in the development of the circular agriculture in Hexi Oasis Irrigation District. And then it got the conclusions: In the process of the development of the circular agriculture, from the total taxis we can draw it that the key technology research and development is still the main factor restricting the development of circular agriculture in Hexi Oasis Irrigation District, and the effects of circular agricultural technology on ecological environment, circular agricultural revenue and the cooperation among the circular agriculture technologies are important factors restricting the the development of circular agriculture in Hexi Oasis Irrigation District.During the development of the circular agricultural technology, the resource technology utilization of straw is the key technology factor restricting the development of circular agriculture in Hexi Oasis Irrigation District. And then sum up the combination priority of the current technology combination.The third part is the empirical analysis to the technological and economic characteristics of the Hexi Oasis Irrigation District from the perspectives of enterprises. Then, it got the simulation and forecast to company’s circular development mode by using the system dynamics model.The fourth part puts forward the complexity of the development of circular agriculture technology and economy and the development mechanism. The development mechanism of circular agriculture is divided into five categories: 3R mechanism based on material resource utilization, the reproduction mechanism based on the efficient use of economic resources,technology and innovation capital synergism mechanism, spatial environment suitability optimization layout mechanism and the integration of multi-agent participation mechanism.
