Research On Community Tourism Empowerment Of Village In City In The Course Of Tourism Development

With the speeding up of China’s urbanization, there has been kept more and more eyes on the transformation of “village in city ” in recent years, and the all kinds of contradictions are the most common which caused by “village in city” transformation. In the long time, the large and disorder of “village in city” are not conductive to urban planning management, life, the improvement of living quality, and the transformation of “village in city” will also be the trend of the Times; however, some “village in city” also have a positive side for a city; therefore, we should have an objective and fair attitude to evaluate it, and shouldn’t decide with “one size fits all” to go or stay. In recent years, some city have tried to do some proper maintenance during the reform of “village of city”, and some even develop its tourism industry. In the process of tourism development of “village in city”, because of the influence of management system, culture, population structure and other aspects, the community’s participation in tourism is more and more complex, and the rights of each related interest groups turn up larger deflection, in most cases, community residents were not able to give full play to their power in the process of community tourism development, so that some individual residents show extreme emotions in the pursuit of their own power during the reform of “village in city”. Therefore, there is necessary to research the increase of power of community tourism in “village in city”, in order to correct the status of the various interest groups in the process of tourist development, and give full play to their functions correctly, so that could promote the development of community tourism in “village in city” be long-term harmonious sustainable.At first, this thesis summarized the three aspects of researches about “village in city”; community participation in tourism and increase power in community tourism of Chinese and foreign scholars’, than establish the index system of increase power of community tourism in “village in city” based on the literature, consulting relevant experts, and field investigation. At last, select Zengcuo’an village, which is developing rapidly in recent years, as a case to the empirical research. The final result shows that the increase power of economy and psychological is better, and the increase of power of polity and society are common. There is a discovery during the process of the research of Zengcuo’an, which is ongoing community autonomy condominium, “Five Total Mode” and "workshop", etc., are all for preliminary attempt, but has a very good reference significance for the reform of “village in city”. In the end, the article analyze the path of increase power of community tourism in “village in city” based on the revelation of Zeng Cuoan’s current exploration about community participation, the thinking of current existence deficiency and combined with other villages are likely to encounter the particularity under the condition of different development.
