Researches On The Coordinated Development Of Agricultural Modernization, Urbanization, Industrialization And Informatization In Heilongjiang Reclamation

The agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization as well as informatization arethe crucial components of the economic construction, and promoting the coordinateddevelopment of the ‘four modernizations’ is the core content for pushing the socialistmodernization. The reclamation area of Heilongjiang is the national important base ofcommodity grain, which makes outstanding achievements in the development of agriculturalmodernization, urbanization, industrialization as well as informatization and also has manyissues. At present, the important measures for improving the competitiveness of the Heilongjiangreclamation area is to realize and sustain the coordinated development of the agriculturalmodernization, urbanization, industrialization as well as informatization.This thesis takes the relevant theoretical thoughts of the agricultural modernization,urbanization, industrialization as well as informatization as the basis, takes the system theory,synergetic theory and others as the measures and adopts the combined measures of empiricalanalysis and normative analysis to carry out the comprehensive and profound research on thecoordinated development of the agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization aswell as the informatization of the Heilongjiang reclamation area. This thesis aims at determiningthe coordinated development degree of the agricultural modernization, urbanization,industrialization as well as informatization of the Heilongjiang reclamation area and exploringthe influence factors, which will provide references for decision-making of the Heilongjiangreclamation area.Through establishing the assessment indicator system and coordination degree model on thecoordinated development of the agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization aswell as informatization, this thesis calculates the development level and the coordinateddevelopment degree of the agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization as well asinformatization of the Heilongjiang reclamation area and then decides whether the totality has acoordinated development or not. Through the basis of deeply analyzing of the operationmotivation and the operation model, this thesis researches the influence factors of the each‘modernization’. This thesis uses GM(1，N) model to determine the driving factors and restricted areas of the agricultural modernization, urbanization, industrialization as well as informatizationof the Heilongjiang reclamation area.The research manifests that the overall coordinated development of agriculturalmodernization, urbanization, industrialization as well as informatization has mutual dependencewith the coordinated development of the each ‘modernization’. It also manifests that thecoordinated development of the agricultural modernization and the industrialization as well asinformatization is essential and the development level of the agricultural modernization,urbanization and informatization is the driving factors of the ‘four modernization’ and thedevelopment of the industrialization will be the main motivation for the coordinateddevelopment for the ‘four modernization’ of the Heilongjiang reclamation area.
