Study On Optimizing Spatial Distribution Of Rural Settlement In Jiahe County Under The Perspective Of Urban-rural Coordinated Development

Abstract:According to the requirements of urban and rural coordination and the central government’s instructions,12th Five Year Plan of Hunan Province established Jiahe, Hanshou, Xiangtan county, Lengshuijiang as the "demonstration county of Hunan province of urban and rural coordinated research base". Jiahe is located in the south, adjacent to Guangdong and Guangxi Province, with an important geographical position and convenient transportation. It’s located in the area of the Great South Hunan Industrial receiving area, urban and rural development foundation is better, the rural population aggregation degree is high. Has good conditions for the urban and rural coordination.The purpose of this paper is to point distribution characteristics of rural residents of Jiahe County, through the analysis of the typical hilly characteristic, construct a scientific, reasonable and effective evaluation system, seeking to achieve rural settlements in the way to optimize the layout, optimizing the spatial layout of rural residents, guiding the construction of new rural development of Jiahe county scientifically. To provide a reference for the other similar and hilly, Karst area residential layout optimization.This study combined the landscape ecology, urban and rural planning, geographical information science, economics and other disciplines, as an multidisciplinary research. The main research contents of this paper are:(1) Summerized the domestic and foreign literatures about the layout of rural residential; and puts forward the optimization concept of distribution of rural residents under the influence of urban and rural coordination, which lays a theoretical foundation for the rural reconstruction system.(2) in the background of urban and rural coordination, Based on the scientific analysis of the impact of driving mechanism of rural residential area of Jiahe County, layout principal component factor and so on, make comprehensive evaluationthe to the rural residential development present situation, development conditions, development direction and so on.(3) Take the "ecological safety, production development, life convenient" concept as the guiding principle, constructed the overall ecological security patter for rural residents in Jiahe County, then, evaluated the results of rural residential suitability, measures and implementation steps are presented on the basis of residential space regulation, create typical rural residential space layout mode with regional characteristics.From the perspective of urban and rural coordination, This study took the urban and rural settlements as an organic combination. Put forward the comprehensive optimal scheme and implementation measures. Has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
