Real Tested Data In Energy And Cost Saving Applications

In the national implementation of energy-saving and emission-reduction economic policy, enterprises have adopted technical and administrative methods and other means to save energy and reduce the unit product cost, improve production efficiency. For the enterprises energy manage system and the third-party energy manage platform just initially rise, most enterprises’experience of energy saving evaluation and measurement is still in traditional stage, not based on the actual data, and have not realize precision evaluation.On the premise of analysis fundamental real tested date acquisition, combined with the enterprise original energy conservation amount measurement and evaluation method. This paper proposes a method that based on real tested data, adopt reasonable and feasible algorithm to calculate energy conservation amount. And how to save cost reasonably on the basis of analysis two part electricity price and certain energy consumption.First of all, this paper combined with the typical enterprise distribution network, analysis real tested date acquisition, and the impact of metering points coverage on real tested data is key point analyzed, and this paper also introduced the types of real tested data and data storage.On the basis of analysis the enterprise’s original energy saving evaluation methods, this paper proposes a accurate assessment method based on real tested data. Include quantity of electricity acquisition, calculation of average hours of equipment operation. And the results of two methods are compared.Finally, based on the two part electricity price, combined with the actual load of enterprise and transformer reporting capacity and actual monthly electricity bill, this paper analyze how to save on costs reasonably and reduce costs of enterprise’s production.Calculative method of energy saving assessment in this paper can accurately assess the effect of energy saving, each data in the calculation formula is real tested data which is more convincing. This paper also proposes the optimal critical point in two kinds of charging model, enterprises can choose optimal charging model conveniently according to the actual load.
