In the past several years, with the rapid Socialist market economy developmentand growing enterprise competition, Refinement management implementation in allaspects of project implementation has become one of inevitable choices forconstruction enterprises to maximally exert internal potentials and improve theefficiency so as to pursue the goal of long term development. The deepening ofRefinement management is a long-term work and needs enterprises not only tocontinuously precede its promotion work, but also to strengthen enterprisesthemselves through the advantages of fine-grained management.Firstly, the paper raises the differences between general project management andrefinement project management and discusses the necessity of implementing theRefinement management for construction enterprises on the basis of studying thetheories about general project management and fine-grained management. Secondly,from the four aspects: standardization, systematization, informatization and quantityconcluded by refinement management theory research, Refinement management hasbeen analyzed and researched on manpower, cost and progress for GDSH enterpriseimplementation to obtain corresponding principles and methods for fine-grainedmanagement. Finally, according to the above-mentioned principles and methods ofrefinement management, and combined with actual conditions of GDSH enterprise,the theories of refinement management have been put into use in project managementat GDSH enterprise to focus on the following management issues, such as the threeconstraint goals: cost and progress, human resources, etc. In the effect of analysis anddevelopment, refinement management is applied to construction enterprise, canpromote the whole construction industry transformation of management thought,increase economic benefits and enhance the construction of the enterprise thecompetitive ability. Judging from the analysis of implementation effect, Refinementmanagement applied to construction enterprises, can bring changes to managementthoughts for the whole construction industry, improve economic benefits, and enhancecompetitive strength of construction enterprises.In the last, this paper summarizes the achievements obtained from Refinementmanagement implementation in GDSH enterprise, and then classifies and generalizes the problems existed in carrying out the management. Meanwhile it also raises therelevant recommendations and solutions to maximally avoid or slow down negativeinfluences caused by these problems so as to ensure the implementation efficiency off Refinement management. Refinement management is guided by the modern projectmanagement thoughts and seeks methods and solutions to enhance enterprises’competitive capacity through in-depth analysis on linkage on key factors like progressand cost of production process for construction units.
