Overall Assessment County Sovereignty Of Jilin Province

As a unit of the national economy county economy is concerned by thecommunity in the process of building a moderately prosperous society and a newsocialist countryside. Since the reform and opening up, the county economy in JilinProvince has made considerable progress. However, due to the impact of the dualeconomic structure, the gap between industrial production and agricultural productionand urban and rural areas is still large. Under the new situation, the agriculturaleconomy of the county economy in the development process is facing many problemsand challenges. That the proposed "three-ization" refers to the industrialization andurbanization and agricultural modernization. Promoting co-ordination of thethree-ization means coordinate the promotion of industrialization, urbanization andagricultural modernization. Promoting urbanization by Industrialization, andpromoting agricultural modernization by urbanization, and resolving the problems inthe process of industrialization and urbanization by urbanization.According to the division of the Administrative Region,40counties and cities in theJilin Province are the objects in our research. By systematically analyzing theconnotation of the "three-ization co-ordination "and using the composite indexmethod, principal component analysis method and Analytic Hierarchy Process wemeasured the co-ordination level of industrialization, urbanization and agriculturalmodernization in Jilin Province. By comparative analyzing the comprehensiveranking, industrialization ranking,urbanization rank, agricultural modernizationrankings and the capacity of coordinating development of the top and last ten countiesin the county "three-ization co-ordination". Obtained by comparative analyzing thedifferences of various regions are mainly in terms of economic strength, industrialstructure and regional population. At the same time, in accordance with separatelyclustering the industrialization and urbanization, modernization of agriculture and co-ordinate the development capacity we specific analysis common points of thesimilar cities and differences between different cities by using cluster analyzing in40counties and cities in Jilin Province.The research platform is40counties and cities in Jilin Province.The conclusionsare development imbalance of the county economic,slow process of industrialization,significant differences of the urbanization and low efficiency of the traditionalagriculture by analyzing the county "three-ization co-ordination" of Jilin Province.Atthe same time,we propose appropriate countermeasures for each part of the problem:developing the county economy, promoting special industries, gathering theadvantages of the project to the county and urban agglomeration; relying on eachcounty’s resource advantages and concentrating on institutional innovation accordingto local conditions; rationalization of urban construction layout in accordance with thefull-featured principle; establishing and improving the urban management system, thesocial security system and the household registration system, establishing andimproving the vocational training network covering the whole of society; improvingland productivity and agriculture income capacity;increasing investment inagricultural science and technology, and developing distinctive economy.
