With the rapid development of computer technology, computer network has been increasingly improving, and the Internet technology has been applied to every field of the society. While in the University, Campus Internet applications have become an indispensable part of teaching and management of the campus network, and due to its extensive application, a teaching mode is born as a result of a new platform based on network. With the help of multimedia technology in various forms and a new teaching mode based on the network technology, not only the classroom teaching become more vivid, the students become more interested in learning and the teachers make their explanation understood better, but the students can also exercise their ability of independent innovation, and enhance their ability of autonomous learning and be active to explore curious spirit, in order to cultivate high-quality talents to adapt to the current demand of social development.The traditional teaching is "What one say goes.", and most time of a class is the teacher’s teaching, meanwhile the students get passive learning. The main approach for students to acquire knowledge is through the teacher’s explanation, which means the student is a memory, non-stop to remember the knowledge point, without a bit of learning initiative and creativity, so that the students only know to memorize mechanically, which doesn’t conform to the new teaching idea and the educational policy. The application of vocational college network teaching platform is one of the essential means of teaching management of the current network era. Campus network teaching platform can provide the students with a free, creative learning environment, which cannot be restricted by time and place, for different courses, different majors students’ network teaching, so that the students can give full play to their initiative,autonomous learning, and make the students through the network to obtain more extensive professional knowledge, to truly become a high-quality talents to adapt to the current social demand. Campus network teaching platform creates a more diversified teaching environment which is more convenient and flexible for the teachers, providing the basis for the improvement of teaching quality and teaching effect.In this paper, on-the-spot investigation method is studied on the current network teaching platform some school’s development present situation and the trend of development, design of the campus network teaching platform system of demand of the Jiujiang Vocational University teaching actual situation analysis report, a detailed analysis of the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system, introduces in detail the functional requirements system from several system target, introduced in detail the system non functional requirements from the system development environment and safety etc.. Using the campus networkenvironment is currently owned by, and the use of existing school of computer hardware and software equipment and advanced network technology, completed the overall design and system framework of network teaching platform, the realization of network teaching platform system conforms to the learning situation of Jiujiang Vocational University.Jiujiang Vocational University campus network teaching platform system archite cture adopts the mode of LAMP web framework, this framework includes: Linux oper ating system, Apache WEB server, MySQL database, PHP dynamic web pagetechnology. A detailed overview of the system between the teacher and students,students and stud ents answer interactive communication and discussion, as well as teachers, students and the sharing of teaching resources data exchange between process, introduce the mai n functions of the system login module, the administrator module, teacher module and student module. The system to conduct a detailed function is introduced from four aspects of database security measures in design, teaching resources management des ign, interactive systemdesign and system.
