With the progress of the development of science and technology in the society,advanced management have gone deep into all walks of life,especially,the application of large data,making modern management mean more and more meticulous.This article mainly aims at a large number of people,the departments set up complex colleges and universities to develop a set of simple and easy to use teaching management system.At present,there are many educational teaching platforms both at home and abroad,but to face the complexity,the environment of the university is still incompetent,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the first is that the user experience is poor.This is the problem that many educational platforms are facing.The interface design is not friendly enough and it is difficult to use.The second is that the architecture is not designed to cause the software to run smoothly,especially in the beginning of the term and the end of the term,when the centralized access server occurs,which causes the system to collapse.The third is lack of data analysis and interaction.It can not objectively evaluate teachers' class level and students' learning situation,and there is also lack of communication between teachers and students.In view of the above problems and in accordance with the idea of software engineering,I use agile iterative development to make the function of the system more and more perfect,using the J2 EE framework to make the interface and service layered,enhance the flexibility and maintainability of the system,use B/S to build the system,the backstage database adopts the cross platform MySQL database,so that the system can not be not only running on the Windows,but also it can run on Linux and realize cross platform.Through the realization of the above functions,the teaching manager can easily manage the basic information of the students and expand the content of the management easily.When the number of students is large,the basic information will be very large.The management of the basic information of some schools is generally putted into a separate system.This will result in a large amount of data redundancy.It makes a great deal of work for management.Online communication module and after-school evaluation module are one of the highlights of this system.The general management platform does not pay attention to the online communication function.In the course of teaching management,online communication is a very important link.Teachers andstudents' study analysis before teaching,and facilitate teachers to prepare lessons and design teaching.The quality assurance is of great significance.The post evaluation can be a student evaluation the teacher,the educational administrator appraise the teacher and the teacher to evaluate the students.The general school adopts an independent system to organize the students to carry on the centralized evaluation to the teachers.My work runs through the whole project development stage,including demand analysis,summary design,detailed design,system testing and deployment and installation in the development process,the problem of the design has been adjusted in time and the problems found in the test process have been debugged for a long time,and finally the smooth operation of the system is ensured.
