Investigation And Analysis On Mobile Phone Media Use Of College Students In China

The development and fusion of wireless communication technology, network technology, and computer technology gave birth to smart phones, and promoted its rapid development. It gradually developed into a kind of powerful multimedia devices. It is portable, timely, easy to connect to the Internet.It has become an indispensable tool which won a good reputation among masses of users, especially the favor of College students’ group,who is young, easy to accept new thing,. With the rising penetration of smart phone and the updating of mobile software, smart phone have has a profound impact on their study, daily life, Interpersonal communication of the college students, which drawn greater attention.The purpose of this paper is to investigate basic situation of college students’ mobile media use, and its influence on college students’ study, life, interpersonal communication, entertainment and so on, base on questionnaire and individual interview. Try to analyze the negative effects of mobile phone media on college students, then put forward some feasible countermeasures to guid clooege students use mobile phone media reasonablyDuring the research, the questionnaire survey is carried in 22 universities. 3000 questionnaires were distributed, and 2667 valid ones were analyzed by wenjuanxing.The results of the survey show that, mobile phone penetration rate is very high in college students’ group, they carry about tellphon anywhere anytime.It influenced the students’ behavior in positive and negative ways on their study, daily life, communication, entertainment and so on.As an important tool for students, the handset media provides a access to using the fragmentation time effectively.It meets the demands of entertainment for college students, and provides an important platform of interpersonal communication at the same time.But on the other hand, some students use mobile phone media whenever and wherever they want, more and more college students rely on mobile phone media seriously, which influencedtheir study, interpersonal communication, lead to thinking complanation and bad values.This paper analyzed the reason of the negative effects that mobile phone media has on the college students from the content of mobile phone media, the way of life and study of the students, media literacy education, base on the survey data and other available data. Then Put forward some countermeasures on students, colleges, government, social media, according to the above to guide the students use mobile phone media reasonably,make mobile phone media to become a useful tool.
