With the development of the society, people require an increasing higher quality of home life and never cease to pursue a high-quality living environment. Hence intelligent home arises at the historic moment. Since 1980 s when America United Technology Corporation applied the concept of construction equipment informatiztion and integration to America Connecticut Harvard city(CityPlaceBuilding), the world has entered into the era of building intelligent Home Furnishing. Intelligent Home Furnishing connects all kinds of appliances including sensors through the network and constitutes a whole, realizing the automation and intelligent management of family life and making people feel more convenient and comfortable.In China, inspite of the rapd development of intelligent Home Furnishing, it hasn’t turned common in people’s daily life. The main reason is the high cost of intelligent Home Furnishing system, equipment installation, complex operation and faling to get market recognition. Therefore, it is nessary to design a low-cost intelligent Home Furnishing control system with simple operation. Intelligent Home Furnishing control system consists of embedded home gateway, Home Furnishing internal network and remote client. Then by taking network technology from inside to outside information interaction could be achieved.Based on the analysis of the current researches, a Home Furnishing gateway based on Cortex-M3 kernel is proposed. ZigBee is applied to construct the internal network, and solve the intelligent control system of the Android client Home Furnishing control scheme based on three modules. Mainly completes the design of hardware and software of the three modules, and ultimately realize an intelligent Home Furnishing complete control system. Hardware Home Furnishing gateway using STM32F107 as main control chip Ethernet module, Home Furnishing gateway to CC2530 as the ZigBee coordinator module, Ethernet module and the coordinator module to realize communication through the serial port, the final completion of ZigBee network and Ethernet data exchange; ZigBee node within the network with CC2530 to achieve. The software aspect, Home Furnishing Ethernet gateway module transplantation operating system C/OS-II, and using ST official firmware library bottom driven design, then the transplantation of LwIP protocol stack implementation of TCP/IP communication; ZigBee coordinator and node module for ZigBee application design by the transplantation of TI company official protocol stack of Z-Stack2007; control the client program using Android programming, the realization of internal control Home Furnishing equipment remote mobile phone.Finally, the author designed an experiment in which Home Furnishing scene was simulated, and made a joint test of the whole system. Test results show that: the system is running stable with easy operation, low cost, convenient installation and low energy consumption. Besides, it achieved the remote monitoring system, in compliance with the design requirements and design principles and having a good application prospects and market value. It also provided a new case and technical support for the development and research in intelligent home Home Furnishing.
