With the rapid development of information technology and Internet technology today, industrialization and information fusion of traditional enterprises have to face the opportunity for transformation, the network has gradually become an important turning point in the process of information of manufacturing industry. Due to many small and medium enterprises lack of resources, personnel and other reasons in the process of transition are faced with many difficulties. In this case, it should make full use of the multi-channel sharing resources to design products. and manufacturing services of their own, to shorten the development cycle and save time cost, to enhance the vitality of enterprises in market competition. Manufacturing resources based on the machinery industry as the foundation, the development of cloud service platform of small and medium enterprises, most enterprises can meet the service demand.The development of cloud computing application in manufacturing the birth of a new model-- cloud manufacturing, cloud services platform is a cloud manufacturing this wisdom manufacturing concept specific implementation and practical application in small and medium sized enterprises, is a kind of Internet based on cloud computing, as a concept, integrated system for the needs and services, is involving a wide range of difference diverse needs of service mode, changing is a good looking for small and medium enterprises adapt to market demand, to become the enterprise information development trend in recent years. The related theory of cloud services is still not mature, still in the development stage, the general standards and specifications still need to establish and perfect. According to the "Twelfth Five Year Plan of Xinjiang manufacturing information demonstration project" as the background, the main research contents are the following:(1) First, the thesis discusses the concept of cloud computing or service platform and programming ideas, building cloud services platform architecture is based on manufacturing resources, presents a physical resource layer, service layer, infrastructure layer, core service layer, and application layer, user layer as the main body of the six layers architecture model, and analyze the key technologies to implement the cloud service platform for small and medium sized enterprise and the main method.(2) The service model and service description of the service platform for unified definition, classification to the Web service resources through the establishment of service resources, the description of the template, including general design services, manufacturing services and service interface description template; packaging technologies and tools of information resource service for research.(3)Based on manufacturing resource service platform for the design and development of the system, established the framework for the development of the system, the database design and security design of the system, the user permissions and access authorization is studied, and introduces the development process of the main function module.(4) Introduces cloud service platform system development environment, including the operation environment of the system development tools and system; implementation of the prototype system is developed and introduced the function of each module of the platform management interface and the basic operation; finally discussed the platform application deployment to the method and process of Azure public cloud.
