At present our country children development information management system are mostly confined to the physiological development of information management, there id almost nothing on children’s psychological and intellectual ‘s information, just for this reason, it makes on the children’s growth lack organization information in our country,scattered and dispersed, so we can’t study on the current data. besides the short-term records for the children’s height, weight and other physiological characteristics will be thrown away as the time goes on just like an old coat, the data on children development information data record just stay in the description of the level, can not as the development of children and provide scientific basis, of little practical guidance.Children development information management system is proposed in this case.The main content of this thesis is the design and implementation of management information system of children’s growth, mainly development tool is Visual Basic 6,which is characterized by the frame with advanced technology, object-oriented design patterns to facilitate the programming, beautiful, simple interactive interface; the whole process of system development is standard modeling language for the Unified Modeling Language(common UML), that can be used to model any system with static structure and dynamic behavior; in addition to the medium-sized software system must be the database support, I choose the compatibility strong Structured Query Language SERVER database technology. Overall the architecture, I choose the low cost Browser/Server browser / server) mode, mainly because its full support for the network,hardware scalability and reliability, easy to install, deploy and use, it realize the storage and management of system data.
