According to China’s economic development situation, and positive vision for the future, there will be more and more small and medium-sized enterprises gradually towards the direction of the large and medium-sized enterprises development.Increasing constantly in the process of development, increased personnel and companies have been expanding, increasing complexity of the system, and thus lead to rising cost, communication cost management, because management does not reach the designated position, even may appear the phenomenon of enterprise production efficiency to slow, stop or even reverse. Therefore needs to be large and medium-sized enterprise human resources management information system for design and development. To enhance management efficiency, to reduce the communication cost, production time, at the same time while maintaining the original production efficiency of the enterprise, the pursuit of more efficient production, as the standard to establish management information system of large and medium-sized enterprises, and establish the compensation management, work management and recruitment management corresponding to different modules. To aimed at the business enterprise at the same time of entering the large and medium-sized enterprises is still in continuous development and growing.In this paper, the problems in the management of human resources management research, based on the practical analysis on the problem of human resource management, and large and medium-sized enterprise human resources management information system development the necessity and importance to make in this paper,combined with today’s software development technology, project according to the content and process, the work of human resource management department to establish human resource management information system have enforceability of demand analysis, and on the basis of establishing demand availability, daily work of humanresource management for analysis and research, the real work continuously abstract for system functions and processes, and through the use of software engineering graphic tools to establish corresponding to the reality of human resource management information work graphics database and program flow chart and other architecture, so as to complete the design development process. Is adopted in this paper, from the perspective of the technology of application of the design of the B/S architecture, by combining the SQL database design, 2005 internal framework technology in combination with ASP technology has carried on the concrete implementation, from the technical feasibility guarantee the effectiveness of the current study process,reflects the value of this study.From the perspective of a specific function, this paper research content mainly for:1. Easy on the basic information of the enterprise human resources management.Based on the use of the platform, the realization of the unity of the talent information and collection;2. Make up for the weaknesses existing in the human resources management.Based on all the talent information collection and summary, to strengthen human resources management system in large and medium-sized enterprises, and ultimately make up for the large and medium-sized enterprises in human resources management.In the intense competition of the market economy today, through the use of advanced information technology no matter from the Angle of the save costs and improve enterprise core competitiveness, the scheme is feasible.Through the research and development of the project implementation, the management of the overall effect is remarkable, the more obvious improved the current personnel in the management of human resources management system, to solve the current problems such as wasting of human capital.
