Since Chinese tobacco industry realized "unity of management, division of industry andcommerce", the enterprises have made a comprehensive progress. But the independence betweenthe tobacco industry and commerce system has formed a series of information islands. So itcannot achieve interoperability, resulting in the two sides cannot share timely, responding slowlyto market changes, cracking the business chain and losing business interests. At the same time,production and sales in the internal industrial cannot make a good communication with eachother. In order to fulfill the needs of industrial and commercial cooperative marketing and thecollaborative commerce within the industry, we need a platform to realize the accurate, efficientdata sharing, to exchange information, to achieve interoperability of information betweenbusinesses and internal and to break down information barriers between the commercial andindustrial enterprises.Based on the marketing information system in Hunan ZhongYan, we analyze and researchthe production and marketing integration of industry and commerce synergy, market demandforecasting, the rolling forecast and production planning; we propose different cigarette monthlymarketing demand forecasting model, design and realize the industry and commerce productionand marketing cohesion platform. This platform optimizes the production and marketingcohesion model, promotes the enterprise’s internal business process, maximally meet thesupply-demand relationship between enterprise and demand and response quickly to the market.It receives a consistent affirmative of users. The details are as followed:(1)Combined with the actual situation of Hunan ZhongYan, we introduced the productionand marketing of Hunan ZhongYan cohesive mode of the business process, including industryand commerce in coordination, market demand forecast, online distribution, production ofplanning and emergency dispatch.(2)Industry and commerce collaborative module is based on production and sales data, firstly, we analysis industry and commerce collaborative information platform overall; Andthen we researched the information synergy, demand coordination, such as real-time supply onthe function module; lastly we accordance with the SOMA method to set up the servicemodeling for the industry and commerce collaborative. Through the industry and commercecoordination realize the industry and commerce data between the interaction, provide for thedemand forecast data base.(3)Focus on the production and marketing of carrying the demand forecast module, firstly,we analyzed and studied variety of forecasting method and its realization, including averageprediction method, the index average method, linear trend extension polynomial curve method,the forecast method, seasonal trend forecast method, and become the index season indexforecasting method. And then on the basis of different cigarette put forward different on cigarettemarket demand forecasting model, that is, change season trend prediction model and variableseason two curve prediction model. After many actual applications show that model accuracyrate above90%, meet the requirement of the market demand forecast, for the rolling forecastprovides basis.(4)Combined with the actual business of Hunan province tobacco company’s demand, itproceed Industry and commerce synergy platform’s design and realize. Firstly, we use WEBservice realized data exchange, demand forecast and the rolling forecast, then we combine withthe results of the rolling forecast for production plan, realize the production and sale of balanceof the whole group.
