Research On The Archive Work Based On Asymmetric Information Theory

With the development of economic and social and the degree of archives specialization, the importance of archives work is also growing, However, in the information market, the transmission of information is affected by many aspects, Information is not clear, form asymmetric information. Asymmetric information is a common phenomenon, hindered the dissemination and sharing of information. In the archives work, Influenced by social environment and nonstandard problems of itself, asymmetric information is also appeared in the archives work, caused negative impact to the archives work. The study based on the theory of asymmetric information is necessary.This article main basis on the investigation of literature retrieval and personal experience, according to the theory of asymmetric information, discusses the phenomenon in various types of archives work. Deeply analyses the information asymmetry in records management department, file transfer department and users, demonstrates the information asymmetry in the archives work is widespread and difficult to eliminate. Through the analysis of the archives information resources, the users and the value of archives work, realize that asymmetric information not only wide spread, also had a negative effect. In order to improve this problem, through the phenomenon to find the reason, it is concluded the subjective and objective reasons. According to the reasons, and puts forward improvement strategy, build the mode of archives work based on the theory of asymmetric information. Built the mode by four terms:the social environment, the archives information resources, the archives work participants and the archives information sharing platform. It is good for weakening the degree of information asymmetry among the participants. Has very important theoretical and practical significance, to improve the efficiency of archives work and long-term development of archives.
