Research On Archives Work In Shulan County

Archives is the original records of human social practice, is the precious wealth of the Human civilization, the evidence of social progress and an important part of information resource. The archive is the institution that collect and manage archives. archival work influences the development of local economy, influences people and social stability. Therefore, in order to promote the development of archives work, promote the development of local economy and the stability of the society, we must attach much importance to the archives work.This paper takes Shulan county archival work as the research object,through field research, find the existing problems and puts forward relevant suggestions.Paper is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction to Shulan county archival work, from historical archives to archives institutions. The second part summarizes the made in Shulan county archives work in recent years achievements, from the development and utilization, supervision of the grass-roots archives and significance.The third part pointed out the existing problems and shortcomings, from the construction of library resources factors, service mechanism and management system.The fourth part puts forward several suggestions to solve the existing problems of archival work,which is the most important part of this paper, specifically from the archives institutions, the government department, individual citizens.
